It is a registered trademark that produces exclusive serialized and limited works, meticulously created with a combination of ancestral techniques and new technologies applied to noble materials such as bronze, steel, gold, silver and precious stones, for those who have a true appreciation for high quality Mexican art.
Its objective is to spread the Mexican Skull symbol as part of the history and heritage of our country to the whole world.
All works of art, design and visual communication, as well as research documents such as books and articles by artist Perla Arroyo are copyrighted.
Guarantee of the sculptural work:
Each piece is unique and guaranteed for life. When acquired by the collector, Perla Arroyo delivers a certificate of authenticity signed before a notary and added to the Ethereum platform as NFT to generate the location, tracking, consultation and succession of the work through the records in its Blockchain chain. This process guarantees the authenticity of the piece. Blockchain records may be consulted personally at the request of the collector and through the website calaveramexicana.mx. The collector agrees to inform the artist Perla Arroyo at contact@calaveramexicana.mx in case of sale or succession of the work.
Once the piece is in the collector’s hands and after two years of possession of the piece, we offer a restoration guarantee if necessary, where the collector will be responsible for the shipping costs to the CDMX and the return of the piece to the collector’s address of stay.
Guarantee of work finishes*.
Finishes such as patinas and interventions are guaranteed for life and the collector may request their maintenance if necessary, however, the collector will be responsible for shipping costs to the CDMX and return of the piece to its address of stay.
